We welcome you to the 4th
BC Real Estate Convention 2008 Spring show. We are Western
 Canada's
only real estate show, showcasing the hot BC real estate
market and industry – thinking outside the box when it comes to one-stop
shop real estate buying and selling.
With the success and the over whelming positive response of the last
convention, (February 27, 2007); we have decided to grow from one day to two
days! That's two days for the exhibitors to promote and showcase their
products and services; two days to see and hear five influential seminar
speakers each day (10 in total); and two days for attendees to discover the
opportunities in the real estate market!
 The
4th BCREC will be packed with more investment and selling opportunities,
city planning involvement, meet and greet realtors, developers, home
stagers, new transportation systems and other professionals who can lead you on the right path in the
real estate market. Admission is Free.
With our strong economy at an all-time high, and strong
consumer confidence; we'll be including more out-of-province and
international
companies to showcase their real estate opportunities. The Free
seminars will again have a great line-up of very influential
personalities to present what's current and relevant.
In the coming weeks, we will have a new website that reflects the growth and
success of the BCREC. These are the best times to be in the most "liveable"
city in the world. We set the bar high to give you the best show possible.
There are still opportunities to be an exhibitor and attendees can now
register online, as well as, registration for corporate sponsorship
packages.

The Lower Mainland in Western Canada has seen dramatic changes to its landscape during the past few years and is posed to become a more prominent place in the near future with the 2010 Winter Olympics. Rapid growth into an internationally recognized region means that buyers are faced with challenging, fast-changing dynamics. The BC Real Estate Convention will be an ideal opportunity for buyers to find all the resources they need under one roof.
With the fast-approaching 2010 Olympic Winter Games, both national and international interest in British Columbian real estate will continue to soar. New government initiatives to build and improve existing infrastructure such as transportation systems, roadways and bridges will attract additional direct investment to the region. The BC Real Estate Convention provides a great opportunity to capitalize on these trends.
